We are having our Home made and we had consulted and worked with a different architect before going to Victor Palomo Construction. We didn’t expect the initial plan to be incorrect and Victor Palomo Construction offered to have it corrected even when it wasn’t initially part of our project contract. We are so thankful for them jumping in and helping us out and for offering help for free that could have easily costed us tens of thousands of pesos to have re-made. It’s a good reminder to always hire experts to what you need and hire good people because you will never regret it! Victor Palomo Construction is highly recommended! They have great people with kind hearts working under the company.

We have worked with Victor Palomo Construction for about 3 years and we’ve worked with them on several of our projects. They are very good to work with. The owner, Victor Palomo is one amongst the generous people we’ve met. He makes sure the prices for the projects are within our budget and he never uses cheap materials. We have found the fairest prices and the highest quality with them compared to other construction and developer companies. Should we request for additional features in the project, he explains to us properly how it will affect the current plan, the timeline, and the expenses which helps us make more informed decisions. The work is always of quality and the materials used are always on standard. They also have a 1 year warranty on their projects to secure client satisfaction. We have never used the warranty since we’ve worked with them and they’re very open to consultations and questions mid-construction to make sure your questions are answered. We love them and we’re definitely having our upcoming projects worked with them!
