Engr. Victor P. Palomo

Victor Palomo's inspiring journey began humbly, born to a farmer couple in Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines. From a young age, he toiled in the sugarcane fields, dreaming of a better life for his family. Witnessing his mother's tireless efforts, walking miles to different places to sell the vegetables his father grew, he was motivated to seek opportunities to uplift their circumstances.

In 1993, Victor embarked on his professional path as an electrician at the Passi Sugar Factory, having obtained his RME license. Eager to broaden his horizons, he ventured into the world of construction, utilizing his innate abilities and gradually expanding his knowledge in various engineering disciplines. Through perseverance and dedication, he progressed from a subcontractor to undertaking increasingly complex projects.

In 2015, Victor fulfilled his entrepreneurial vision by establishing his own construction company. Armed with over three decades of experience, he fearlessly embraced ambitious endeavors, pushing the boundaries of possibility.
